School Visit

PC Mistry and PC Darbar visited Whitehall Primary School in Evington to engage with children and teachers at the school. The children tried on Police uniform including hi-vis jackets, headwear and personal protective vests, they got to learn what each of the different pieces of uniform were for. The children also got to see the different sections of the Police van including activating the lights and sirens. Lots of questions were asked by the children about Police equipment and how we keep people safe, with a highlight being ‘how fast can you run?’

A well spent afternoon engaging with the younger community and educating them on the Police and what we do day to day and how we keep our community safe.
