Project Outline:

We start with the vision that we want Evington Park House to offer the space for a community resource.
We organise a meeting which is a ‘Call for Action’.
We map out a logic line for what we think needs to be done, always bearing in mind where we want to be at the end, with a successful bid, which integrates a well-researched business plan.
We work forwards and backwards along the logic line to manage and organise successfully.
Key to this is the organisation and management of a community support initiative:
