Taster sessions for Nordic Walking – Evington Park – 1st May and 13th May
This link invites you to learn about Nordic Walking with Penny Fielden, Nordic Walk leader. The sessions on Wednesday 1st May and Wednesday 13th May are being held in Evington Park from 9.30am to 10.00am. Its a great opportunity for people new to Nordic walking to learn of the health benefits of being in the fresh air with others and walking with sticks that help you move in a way that is beneficial for your body. Meet in the car park for Evington Park, where the entrance is along The Common, the road by Evington library. If you would like to join the walk afterwards when regulars come along, then you are invited to walk around Evington Park and the Arboretum with them.
