Evington Youth Club’s latest project working with ‘Volunteer It If You Can’

Evington Youth Club’s regular activities take place on Friday evenings and Saturday mornings and include: Football practice on Friday evenings and Pool, Basketball, Chess Club and Table Tennis on Saturday mornings.  See www.evingtonyouthclub.com for more details.

Volunteer It Yourself  https://volunteerityourself.org working with Leicester City Council and Leicestershire Police have funding from the Government and UK Shared Prosperity Fund to run two weeks of free work experience with the first week starting from 4th August and the second week starting from 11th August.

If you are between 16 and 24 years of age you can apply for a placement and with a minimum of three days to earn a City & Guilds accreditation.  There is support with lunch and travel where needed.
