Branch Surgery to Let!

The branch surgery at 10 the Common, Evington that was closed by the Integrated care board (ICB) in December 2024, against public opinion, is now being marketed as to let.
It was recently sold and is being advertised by Eddison’s as a surgery/office space to rent for £10,800 per annum exclusive.
Eddison’s is a Leeds based surveyor, agent, auctioneer and consultancy who state, “We exist to release the potential in every property and the better in every business.” They have a local branch at Unit 2 Harcourt Way, Leicester LE19 1WP. In charge of the letting is Aman Verma, Associate Director.
This could be good news for Evington however, whoever decides to embark on opening another surgery will first have to put right the defects the ICB claims led to them closing the surgery. They would also have to seek ICB approval. Let’s wish them every success!
